The work is conducted digitally and offers excellent opportunities for remote work. We believe in flexibility and trust, while valuing collaboration, quality, and patient safety. Therefore, we combine the possibility of working from home with regular presence at the workplace.

As a psychologist with us, you will primarily work with patients seeking help for mental health issues. The work mainly consists of:

• Psychological assessments via chat and video calls.
• Triage and guidance to the appropriate level of care.
• New patient visits and diagnostic assessments via video.
• Short advisory and supportive interventions.
• Certain neuropsychiatric screenings.
• Close collaboration with nurses and doctors in the daily workflow.

Since the operation is continuously developing, there are also great opportunities to influence both content and working methods moving forward.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed psychologist.
• Have experience working in primary care.
• Enjoy assessments and short patient meetings.
• Feel confident in prioritizing and making decisions.
• Appreciate teamwork and cross-professional collaboration.
• Are curious about digital development and future forms of care.

Experience in digital care or triage work is considered an advantage.
