Within Region Västernorrland there are three primary healthcare areas; south, west and north where local collaboration takes place within/between municipality, primary care and specialist care. Together we work to create a cohesive care chain for the growing patient groups of chronic and multi-diseased patients.

Primary Healthcare Area West has one hospital, five region-run health centers and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. There are two municipalities in the area. Primary Healthcare Area West has approximately 300 employees and three operations managers. At our Health Center Höga Kusten, we have specialists in general medicine, ST-doctors, district nurses, nurses, healthcare assistants, secretaries, physiotherapists, counselors and psychologists.

We have fun together and here we help each other with the daily work. We have a cheerful and open climate and we look out for the best of each patient.

Right now, there is a focus on primary care doctors in our area, Primary Healthcare Area West. And we want more people to choose a permanent position. With a targeted doctor investment towards our western area, we aim for a listing of 1100 patients for permanently employed doctors in primary care based on the National Board of Health and Welfare's benchmark values. We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date as agreed.

With us, you as a general specialist will have a stimulating and developing work with a focus on collaboration, continuity and development. We see that you have an engagement for primary care and enjoy reception work in close cooperation with competent colleagues. The assignment includes teamwork with other professions.

• Is a specialist doctor in general medicine
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B-driver's license
