Skärgårdstunnan manufactures and sells hot tubs in 13 countries, with headquarters and production in Åmål. Ahead of the high season, we are looking for a service-oriented summer temp for our customer service team who wants to contribute to providing our customers with a first-class experience.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you are the customer's first point of contact with Skärgårdstunnan. You answer questions from existing and prospective customers via phone and email, handle matters regarding deliveries, spare parts, and complaints, and collaborate closely with logistics and production in Åmål.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers in Sweden and Norway.
• Handle order, delivery, and complaint cases in our systems.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and is proficient in English.
• Is solution-oriented, calm, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is computer literate and has an aptitude for learning new systems.
• Has experience in customer service, retail, or similar service roles (meritorious, not a requirement).
