On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an experienced consultant within inspection services. The assignment covers approximately 1,200 hours and is expected to start on 2026-06-26 and run until 2027-12-31.

About the assignment

The assignment is carried out within a public sector operation in the Stockholm area, responsible for a comprehensive and varied property portfolio. The environment includes schools, preschools, healthcare and care facilities, cultural and leisure facilities, as well as residential buildings, implying a broad variation of projects and technical challenges.

As an inspection consultant, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and documenting construction inspections throughout the entire construction and project process. The focus is primarily on pre-inspections and final inspections, but the assignment may also include post-inspections, warranty inspections, and other types of technical inspections depending on the operation's needs.

You will function as a crucial quality assurance party in projects and ensure that contractors perform according to agreed requirements, current regulations, and good construction practice. The assignment requires a high degree of independence, technical competence, and the ability to make objective assessments in complex project environments.

• Warranty inspections
• Special inspections
• Status inspections and status inventories
• Safety inspections
• Environmental inventories
• Moisture investigations and analyses
• Investigation and sampling of hazardous substances
• Leakage investigations
• Thermography
• Radon measurement
• Air analyses
• Pipe filming (CCTV)
• Control of electrical installations (EN-inspection)
• Ground inspections

End: 2027-12-31 (with possibility of extension)
Scope: Approximately 1,200 hours
Location: Stockholm
Employment type: The assignment assumes that the consultant can invoice via their own company

About you

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Inspector certified/approved by RISE, KIWA, or SBR.
• At least 9-12 years of documented experience.
• Experience with larger and more complex assignments.
• Documented experience in construction inspections and related inspection services.
• Good ability to document inspections and prepare professional inspection reports.
• Ability to substantiate experience through relevant reference assignments.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

• Public properties and operational premises.
• Status and warranty inspections.
• Environmental and moisture investigations.
• Safety, ground, or electrical inspections.
• Larger and complex construction or property projects.
