Your new role
Do you want to work in a role where you can use your technical skills and at the same time help people in their daily lives? We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about problem-solving and good service.
- Provide technical support to users within IT, systems, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on both hardware and software.
- Document cases in the support system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth solutions.
Your background
We are looking for you who are curious, detail-oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology and customer service. You thrive in an environment where you take responsibility, work independently, and contribute to the team's common goals.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
- Good understanding of Windows, Office365, and networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and a case management system.
- A service-oriented, solution-focused, and stress-resistant personality.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
