BTR Group is growing and is now looking for a structured and service-oriented HR Assistant who wants to work operationally with HR services and EOR (Employer of Record).

About the role

As an HR Assistant at BTR Group, you are a key support in daily HR operations. You work closely with the HR team and are responsible for administrative and coordinating tasks related to both clients and consultants, both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Working with HR administration related to EOR services
• Managing work permits and related documentation
• Creating and publishing job postings
• Preparatory work for payroll (collecting and quality-assuring data)
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Drafting and updating employment contracts, policies, and personnel documents
• Serving as a contact person for HR-related questions from consultants and clients

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with HR administration (experience with EOR or international HR is a plus)
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Is service-oriented and thrives in a supportive and coordinating role
