About the role

As a Service Advisor with us, you are the link between the customer and the workshop. You have daily contact with customers and provide service by listening to their needs and then offering advice regarding repairs, maintenance, and vehicle servicing.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle time bookings for service and repairs, as well as planning workshop work.
• Provide customers with information on pricing, create cost estimates, and prepare quotes.
• Distribute the daily workload at the workshop and ensure that the correct work is performed.
• Handle warranty cases and contact insurance companies when necessary.
• Manage invoices and daily billing tasks.
• Understand the importance of customer satisfaction and ensure that all customers are happy with the service we offer.
• Be solution-oriented and provide customers with the best possible advice for correct guidance.

Your qualifications

• Category B driver's license with permission for manual transmission vehicles.
• High school education.
• Previous experience from work within service where customer contact is a natural part of the job.
• Computer and system proficiency as well as good administrative skills, as you work daily in several complex systems.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• It is an advantage if you have vehicle training and/or technical competence.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probation period.
