We are now looking for two HR Specialists for an exciting assignment, where you will become part of a dynamic organization with engaged colleagues and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the business.

About the role

We are looking for two HR Specialists for a fixed-term development assignment focused on establishing Svenska Kraftnät's job architecture. In this role, you will work with analyzing and structuring positions, participating in job evaluation, and ensuring the quality of position data in our system support.

The role involves you:

  • Primarily contributing to the establishment of Svenska Kraftnät's job architecture through mapping, analysis, job evaluation, and quality assurance of position data. The work also includes creating position descriptions and structuring positions into families and levels, in close collaboration with the organization's managers.
  • Creating prerequisites for the job architecture to be used long-term as support in several HR processes, such as pay formation, pay mapping, career development, recruitment, and strategic competence supply.
  • Working closely with HR Specialists, HR Partners, managers, and other key persons in the organization. The role requires a structured and independent working method as well as the ability to contribute with analysis, documentation, and quality assurance of position data over time.

Depending on your experience, you may also work with issues related to pay formation as well as agreements and terms.

The role offers good opportunities to contribute to strategically important HR work with long-term significance for Svenska Kraftnät's competence supply, pay formation, pay mapping, career paths, and recruitment. You will also have the opportunity to develop your specialist competence in job architecture, job evaluation, and HR master data, as well as deepen your understanding of how structured position data can be used as a stable foundation in several central HR processes.

The role also involves a complex development assignment where existing positions, titles, and roles need to be analyzed, structured, and in some cases reconsidered. An important part of the work is to create a common and sustainable structure that works for different parts of the business. This requires a working method characterized by high quality, clear documentation, and good anchoring among managers, HR, and other relevant parties.

The HR Strategy and Processes unit currently consists of 12 employees and a manager responsible for the overall HR processes. The contacts are with HR partners, union representatives, managers at the divisions, and employees in the business.

About you

Requirements:

We are looking for you who are structured and create order in complex contexts, with a focus on quality in analysis and documentation. You are collaborative and thrive in close dialogue with others, while building trusting relationships. Furthermore, you have a university degree in personnel and/or behavioral sciences or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Svenska Kraftnät assesses as equivalent.

You also have:

  • Current experience of qualified HR work within areas such as pay formation, pay mapping, competence supply, organizational development, HR analysis, or similar areas.
  • Experience working with pay formation and/or agreements and terms.
  • Administrative work through documenting and structuring information.
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.

  • Sysarb, especially related to job evaluation, pay mapping, or position structure.
  • Experience from a government agency, state-owned enterprise, or other large public organization.
