Kölnan Städ & Flytt is a growing company within household services – home cleaning, moving assistance, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and window cleaning. We help our customers simplify their daily lives and gain more time for other things.

We are now looking for a driven and positive summer temporary worker in sales-oriented customer service who wants to be part of our team this summer.

Employment Period

July 20 – August 28 (6 weeks)

• During the first 2 weeks, you will receive an introduction and work closely with our salesperson and customer service manager.
• After that, you will work independently for 4 weeks with full responsibility in the role.
• Possibility of additional shifts if needed, also after the period.

About the Role

As a sales-oriented customer service representative, you are often the customer's first point of contact with us. You play an important role in creating a professional and positive first impression of the company.

The work is performed from our office at Bjurögatan 48 in Malmö.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Provide professional and service-oriented advice.
• Actively sell our services and find the right solutions for the customer.
• Work on upselling.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and document them in our system.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
• Is social, service-oriented, and enjoys customer interaction.
• Has a natural sales drive.
• Is responsible and able to work independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage – but not a requirement.
