District Nurse Wanted at Fristaden Health Centre in Central Eskilstuna!

We are now looking for a district nurse who wants to be part of our dedicated team. If you have specialist training, it is an advantage – but most importantly, you have an interest in primary care and a desire to develop together with us. Perhaps you have previous experience working in primary care? We see this as a plus!

About Fristaden Health Centre

We are a centrally located health centre in Eskilstuna with approximately 6,500 registered patients. Together, we are a tightly knit team of about 25 employees – doctors, nurses, district nurses, assistant nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff – who work every day to provide safe, accessible, and high-quality care.

Here, there is a strong team spirit and a desire to develop – both as individuals and as an organization.

About the Position

You will work with:

• Reception visits and telephone advice via TeleQ

Through our digital entrance

• Usual tasks within primary care

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a district nurse
• Has previous experience from primary care (we view this positively)
• Has specialist training (preferred), but most importantly has engagement and interest in primary care
• Is confident in your professional role, has a good manner of dealing with people, and enjoys teamwork
