We are now looking for a nursing assistant with both competence and heart for the Special Housing at Slottsängen in Flen!

HERE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our residents. Your work is characterized by close and respectful interaction, where you support the individual with personal care, hygiene, and meals – always based on individual needs and wishes. You work to preserve and strengthen each person's dignity, independence, and quality of life.

In your professional role, you also perform medical interventions on delegation from licensed staff. You act as the team's eyes and ears by observing health conditions and documenting interventions according to current legislation. In addition to physical care, you are an important social force that adds a golden touch to everyday life through conversation, activities, and contact with relatives. We are looking for you who combine professional competence with a warm heart and good teamwork skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

• Have a vocational certificate as a nursing assistant.
• Have good computer skills.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is an important part of the work.

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLY:

• More than two years of experience working as a nursing assistant.
• Further education as a specialist nursing assistant, for example, in palliative care or care and assistance for the elderly.

Slottsängen is a special housing facility with three departments on the ground floor, located in a beautiful natural area in Flen. Here, a cozy environment is offered that creates good conditions for both residents and staff.
