We are looking for you who want to work together with a wonderful team at the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinic at Mälarsjukhuset!

About Us

The Sörmland ENT Clinic is a county clinic with operations at Mälarsjukhuset in Eskilstuna (MSE), Nyköping Hospital (NLN), and Kullbergska Hospital in Katrineholm (KSK). Within the clinic, there are ENT clinics, hearing care clinics, speech therapy clinics, and a light care ward at MSE. Our doctors also see acute patients at the emergency clinic during on-call hours and perform surgeries at the central operating theatre.

We continuously work to increase patient safety and the quality of our work by changing our working methods. We would be happy if you want to help shape the future. Despite geographical distances, we are close to each other and work as a cross-professional team across the county. Together, we are building a clinic that can and enjoys change to leverage medical development and competence. We also need to expand and solidify the use of digital solutions for care and information, as well as collaboration with residents and patients.

Your Responsibilities

The work at the ENT clinic is varied and developing.

The tasks vary and include both patient-facing and administrative work. At the ENT clinic at Mälarsjukhuset, we see acute visits, scheduled appointments, sleep apnea patients, PAP treatment, vertigo examinations, and nasal flow measurements.

As a nurse at the ENT clinic, your responsibilities include telephone advice, clinic work, nurse consultations, and managing your own patient flow, including PAP trials and treatment adjustments. You will assist and instrument during outpatient surgeries under local anesthesia, where you will learn these procedures.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience from clinic work within healthcare is advantageous.

You are self-reliant, structured, relate to others in a listening and flexible manner, and have good teamwork skills. In your interaction with patients, you have an empathetic and service-oriented attitude where the patient is at the center.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Employment

Permanent position, 100%. Start date 1/10/2026 or according to agreement.
