About Us

The staff at the dialysis clinic is a wonderful and stable team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to become part of our team, further develop within specialized kidney care, and contribute to the continued development of our operations.

Our operations focus on strengthening the patient's knowledge and understanding of their kidney disease as well as promoting self-care. The dialysis service is located on two floors: floor 12 with assisted dialysis and floor 13, which is a self-dialysis clinic where patients are trained and given the opportunity to take responsibility for their own treatment.

Your Responsibilities

We offer you stimulating and varied work that is also characterized by clear routines. During a shift, nurses and nursing assistants work together to provide our patients with dialysis treatment. One nurse is responsible for 3-4 patients during a shift.

The work involves a combination of medical technology and nursing care. The need for nursing care varies depending on the patient's general condition, which means that the tasks can include both planned monitoring and handling of acute situations.
The majority of our patients live with chronic kidney disease, which means that you will follow the patients over time and be an important part of their treatment. The operations also include care for patients in acute stages, which contributes to a varied work environment.

As a new employee, you will receive a secure and thorough introduction:

We offer individual schedule planning.
The clinic is open Monday–Saturday, with evening shifts until 20:00 on Mondays and Fridays.

Your Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse.
You are a person who puts the patient first, has a professional attitude, and is positive with good interpersonal skills. You enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills.
Experience from dialysis care or kidney competence is meritorious but not a requirement. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date as agreed.
Full-time (100%).
