Are you a Licensed Psychologist with experience in conducting support conversations? Are you curious about the connection between work and health and want to work towards giving people good conditions for a sustainable working and private life? Falck in Eskilstuna/Köping/Arboga is now seeking a Licensed Psychologist interested in a part-time hourly position starting in September, approximately 3 days per week.

In the role of Licensed Psychologist at Falck Health and Working Life, you play a crucial part in creating value and results for our customers. You work consultatively with our customers as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. The main focus is conducting interventions at the individual level, i.e., support conversations. You will deliver services both digitally and physically to both local and national customers. This provides an interesting variety in your work, and you will encounter a wide range of cultures and individuals. Our customers operate in various industries; private and public sectors, large and small operations, and our services help them become more efficient and healthier.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Confident and independent in your role after several years of experience as a Psychologist
  • Experience with individual support conversations, both physical and digital
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience from occupational health services, private healthcare providers, or through your own company

The position is a fixed-term hourly employment and involves working physically on-site at Falck's units in Eskilstuna and Köping, as well as in Arboga when needed.
