About the role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for creating and developing long-term customer relationships with companies that wish to develop and produce products together with us within energy drinks, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. You work with both existing and new customers, maintaining close dialogue with, for example, purchasing managers, product managers, and owners behind several exciting brands. The role involves significantly more than traditional sales; to succeed, you need to understand the entire business process from customer needs and product ideas to production, planning, and long-term collaboration. You will work closely with production, product development, and planning to ensure that business operations run smoothly all the way from idea to finished product. Together with the customer, you can also be involved in the development of new products and concepts.
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period at Natumin Pharma. You will be based at our office in Habo and work normally Monday – Friday with flexibility options. Travel is a natural part of the role, though overnight stays are not frequent. You will work closely with other colleagues on-site in Habo and report directly to the Vice President.

At the same time, you have a genuine interest in brands related to energy drinks, dietary supplements, and cosmetics, and are curious about how business and production work behind the scenes.
To succeed in the role, you have a business drive, experience in creating business and building relationships, and feel confident in dialogues with customers and decision-makers, while still being hungry to develop further. Perhaps you come from the gym industry, retail, or have experience in purchasing, customer service, or other relationship-driven sales. You are self-motivated, social, and have an easy time building relationships both internally and externally. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

About Natumin Pharma
The company has its roots in Småland’s entrepreneurial spirit and has over 75 years of experience in health and product development. From a local health food store, the business has evolved into a modern and expanding company with its own manufacturing and strong competence in dietary supplements, cosmetics, and health products. Today, operations are conducted in our efficient and adapted facilities in Habo, just north of Jönköping.
