Nordrest and Pontus Frithiof continue their long-standing, successful collaboration and are now recruiting a new chef for the restaurant PicPoc.

At AC Hotel by Marriott in Ulriksdal, Nordrest has a collaboration with Pontus Frithiof where we manage the operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, and conference facilities. It is an international meeting place in the heart of Ulriksdal's expanding business district, with easy access to transport links directly to both Strawberry Arena and central Stockholm.

For the right person, there are great opportunities for development here! We are looking for you who have a burning interest in cooking and enjoy working with ingredients that make a menu appealing. A cheerful personality with a touch of entrepreneurship fits like Hollandaise sauce on asparagus for this job.

Who is our dream colleague?

You are a cheerful person with experience in the culinary and service industry, accustomed to building good relationships and connections with guests. As a person, you are responsible, ambitious, and respectful towards your surroundings.

We want you to have:

• A 3-year upper secondary culinary education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Previous work experience as a chef
• Experience with menu planning and ordering supplies
• A solid interest and preferably knowledge and experience in sustainability work, as the restaurant is both environmental and quality certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
