About the role

In the role of Sales Support, you work closely with the sales team and relieve them of administrative tasks related to pricing and quotations. You are involved early in the business processes and ensure that the correct prices are entered into the business system before quotations are sent to customers.

The work is largely system-based and requires attention to detail, structure, and patience. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy administration, like working with systems, and want to be a key part of the administrative side of the sales process.

You will become part of a team supporting approximately 15–16 sales representatives across the region, with daily contact via Teams. Onboarding takes place on-site in Vetlanda together with superusers and other sales administrators.

The position is initially a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with very good prospects for extension.

Your responsibilities

• Entering and updating price information in the business system Microsoft Dynamics
• Administrative support to sales representatives for new business, renegotiations, and upselling
• Ensuring that price and quotation documentation is correct
• Collaborating closely with the sales team, superusers, and administrators

We are looking for you who:

• Have a high school education, preferably with a focus on economics or administration
• Have very good computer and system skills
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
• Have experience in administrative and service-oriented tasks
