A regular job. But with more wiiie! Since 1923, we have brought people together to meet, laugh, and enjoy each other's company. Soon, it will be your turn to join us. Working with us means you don't just work in an amusement park – you work in a whole world of experiences: rides, music, great food, hotels, shows, gardens, camping – and soon, a brand-new water world. We are open year-round, with different seasons and paces – but the joy is always there. And it is you who helps create that joy. Here, the work is both big and small, routine and thrilling, fast-paced but with room for reflection. A regular job. But with more wiiie!
This is what we offer you (and a bit more!)
Routine and thrill. Here, the work is both fun and serious. You make a difference – whether you are working in the thick of the action or behind the scenes.
Colleagues and a neighborhood feel. Here you will find experts on everything from spinning rides to smart Excel spreadsheets. Different jobs, different corners of the same warm neighborhood.
Values before profit. We are owned by the city. What you do contributes to something greater than ourselves.
Courage and method. We try new things – but always with sustainability in focus. Being at the forefront requires both ideas and reflection. Here, you have both.
You are one of the crew
The role of HR Business Partner (HR BP) is a key part of driving our destination development and creating synergies between our various operations across Liseberg. You will be part of the People & Culture function, which brings together Liseberg's HR, recruitment, scheduling & staffing, and employee services.
We are now looking for a senior HR BP with broad and solid HR experience, who is motivated by the fact that the workday doesn't always go as planned – but becomes better, more fun, and more intense! The HR team consists of fifteen employees, and you will report to the HR Manager.
This is what a raaordinary day looks like
In this role, you support Liseberg's managers with a wide variety of HR matters and work both operationally and tactically within the business.
Today's to-do: create magic, by:
Supporting and guiding managers in employer issues, labor law, working environment, and rehabilitation, as well as supporting personnel planning and competence development.
Handling both urgent personnel matters and long-term HR initiatives, including the preparation of materials and analyses.
Driving change management and participating in development and improvement work, both in your own projects and joint projects within People & Culture, in close collaboration with colleagues.
Do we fit together?
At Liseberg, no one is strong alone, and putting colleagues and guests first is second nature to you. We are looking for someone who shares our core values; care, creativity, safety, quality, and joy, and who wants to use these to help create Liseberg.
Do you have what it takes for the ride?
University education within HR.
Many years of varied experience in qualified and broad HR work, with a focus on management support.
Very good knowledge of labor law and contract interpretation.
Further education and/or experience in coaching, and experience facilitating workshops and training groups.
Proactive, driven, and results-oriented in your approach to work.
A good communicator who is proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Digitally skilled but values personal presence.
You handle change with security, structure, and good prioritization skills – even at a high pace.
You thrive in cross-functional collaborations, build trusting relationships, and work in a solution-focused manner.
Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date as soon as possible, by agreement. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline of June 14th.
We look forward to getting to know you better in the next steps of the recruitment process, which include a personality test, a logical reasoning test, and a competency-based interview. Background checks may become relevant later in the process.
