"As a Contract Administrator, you play a central role in the daily work of ensuring quality and delivery within the rental team. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and tenants in your everyday tasks. Sveaviken PM is growing and is now looking for a driven and structured Contract Administrator in Stockholm. Your Mission
As a Contract Administrator, you are responsible for rental administration and ensure that contracts, invoicing, and follow-ups are handled correctly and on time. You work closely with property owners, colleagues, and to some extent tenants, focusing on quality, structure, and efficient delivery.
You also play a key role in the team's delivery, ensuring that rental administration meets contractual obligations. At the same time, you contribute to developing working methods, identifying needs, and creating structure as the team grows.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for rental agreements, rent statements, and follow-up of payments
- Ensure correct invoicing and handle rent changes, index adjustments, and supplementary charges
- Manage the collection process and follow-up of rental receivables
- Responsible for reporting and follow-up towards property owners
- Act as a key contact for property owners in administrative and contract-related matters
- Ensure that contract data and system information are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate the onboarding of new properties and the conclusion of management assignments
- Contribute to the development of working methods, structure, and team delivery
We are looking for someone who has:
- A post-secondary education in economics, rental law, or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in rental administration and commercial contract management
- Good system proficiency, preferably with property data systems, and strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a structured manner, see the big picture, and handle multiple processes simultaneously
- Good numerical skills and experience working with large datasets, requiring attention to detail and structure
- Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Strong service orientation and good communication skills, both verbal and written
