Linden Health Centre is looking for a Registered Nurse

Linden Health Centre has approximately 2,600 registered patients. We provide standard primary care services, including a family doctor clinic, rehabilitation, psychotherapists, and Child Health Services (BVC). Our team consists of doctors, nurses, district nurses, diabetes nurses, asthma/COPD nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychotherapists, and medical secretaries. We also collaborate closely with Söderhamn Health Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse at our centre, you will collaborate closely with the other professions at the health centre. Together, you will contribute to providing our patients with safe and high-quality care. Your expertise is a key prerequisite for our shared mission to support, treat, and guide people towards a healthier life.

As a nurse at our centre, you will work with:

  • Lab sample collection
  • Assisting with medical examinations
  • Reception duties, scheduled and urgent visits
  • Preventive healthcare
  • Home visits and care planning

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and engaged person who thrives in close collaboration with all professions at the health centre in a varied daily routine. You are interested in development and improvement work, feel confident in your professional role, and have the ability to treat people in a professional and empathetic manner.

As a nurse, you must:

  • Be a registered nurse
  • Hold a valid B driving license

For this position, experience in primary care and previous work with the Cosmic medical record system are meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
