Corpore HVB Home is looking for dedicated treatment staff

Corpore HVB Home is located in Mörarp, just outside Helsingborg. We receive young people aged 13–19 with neuropsychiatric disabilities who need support and treatment to manage school, daily life, and social interaction. The young people live in a home-like and family-oriented environment, and Corpore Byskola is also located in the same building.

We are looking for you who want to work closely with young people and make a real difference in their daily lives. As treatment staff with us, you work with structure, relationships, motivation, and practical support. As a person, you are secure, engaged, and responsible. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the school, housing, and other parts of Impius operations.

We are looking for you who are a social worker or have at least two years of post-secondary education in healthcare and social care, social work, pedagogy, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with young people and knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities are meritorious.

At Corpore HVB Home, we work with clarifying pedagogy, motivational interviewing, CBT-inspired approaches, and positive behavioral support. Our goal is to support the young people's schooling, development, and well-being.

Working hours are scheduled throughout all hours of the day and week according to the roster.
