This is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to work in a dynamic production environment and develop within maintenance. The assignment starts as a consultancy position through us at Adecco, with the ambition to transition into a permanent position at Orkla Foods.

About the role

As a mechanic, you will become a key player in the maintenance team where you, together with your colleagues, work to ensure operations and optimize production. Your main tasks include:

• Systematically plan and perform maintenance measures across the entire production facility
• Work with safety and production improvements of the equipment
• Independently perform machining for the manufacture and repair of spare parts
• Share your knowledge with colleagues and operators
• Participate in projects and improvement work within the facility

Who we are looking for

To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Education or equivalent experience within workshop, industry, or automation
• Experience working with computer-based systems in daily work
• Meritorious knowledge in pneumatics, machining, welding, electrical and automation, hydraulics, or refrigeration technology

We are looking for a solution-oriented person with good analytical skills and a structured approach to work. You are flexible, thrive on change, and see opportunities where others see problems.

Working hours and conditions

Working hours are primarily during the day, but shifted hours, shifts, overtime, and on-call duties may occur.
