Job Description

We are looking for a new employee who wants to continue developing our operations together with us. The role involves being part of the team surrounding the user, working systematically to ensure quality and develop operations from an individual and group perspective, having a holistic view, individual focus, development, and coordination. Your task is to create opportunities for the user's development together with the user, provide pedagogical guidance, and be a support in all daily situations, providing care and rehabilitation. Heavy lifting may occur in the work.

The work includes systematic documentation and participation in teamwork where we together evaluate the relationship between methods, goals, and results.

Working hours are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and 4-6 nights per month.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed the Nursing Program with a focus on psychiatry, or other education considered equivalent. Requirements:

• Autism levels 1, 2, and 3
• Experience/training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Experience in Social Psychiatry
• Pedagogy
• Experience in Neuropsychiatry

Previous work with the target group or short-term leisure activities is meritorious. You have a pedagogical and motivating approach in your work.

You are sensitive to others' needs, show good treatment, have good cooperation skills, and see changes as a challenge. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. You must also have experience with documentation and good computer skills.

Based on the operations' needs, we welcome male applicants.

A B-class driver's license is required.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

To Asterix-Omega, we are seeking habilitation staff for afternoon and evening work because the children are at school during the day. The position includes on-call operations involving night work 4-6 nights/month.

Asterix-Omega consists of two separate operations but with largely the same user group. Asterix is the municipality's leisure activity for children/young people over 12 years old who have a diagnosis within the LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) person groups. The operation is conducted mornings and afternoons on weekdays, i.e., before and after school based on parents' needs.

Omega is our short-term stay for the same target group. Based on decisions, we implement respite days for parents. An important task is to "match" the user group in the best way to make the stay as good as possible for the user.

You will work in both operations. There is an opportunity to work less than 100%.
