We are now looking for a Finance Assistant for a consultancy assignment within Accounts Payable and Accounting for our client in central Stockholm. The assignment is for 6 months with an immediate start.

About the role:

In the role of Finance Assistant, you will be part of the accounting function and work closely with existing resources within Accounts Payable. The role involves independent responsibility for ongoing tasks within both Accounts Payable and Accounting.

The role places high demands on accuracy, system understanding, and the ability to work according to established routines for internal control, traceability, and documentation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the entire invoice flow, from registration and posting to approval handling and contact with suppliers.
• Work with ongoing accounting, including account reconciliations, accruals, and booking of recurring transactions.
• Work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with ExFlow as a tool for invoice management.
• Troubleshooting invoices that get stuck in workflows, exception handling, and ensuring correct integration between ExFlow and the general ledger in Business Central.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Finance Assistant.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including invoice management, posting, approval flows, matching against contracts and purchase orders (PO), and supplier contacts.
• Experience with ongoing accounting, including account reconciliations, accruals, and booking of recurring transactions.
• Documented experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & ExFlow.
