RESPONSIBILITIES

Klippan Municipality is growing and developing, and we are now looking for a driven and engaged Process Leader who wants to contribute to strengthening competence and training efforts within the Social Services!

As a Process Leader, you have a coordinating and development-oriented role where you ensure that employees have the right competence to perform their work with quality and security. You play a central role in driving, developing, and creating conditions for a cohesive approach to education and competence development, with a focus on practical and needs-based learning. In close collaboration with the operations, you identify competence needs and translate these into structured training initiatives. The role also involves contributing to long-term competence supply planning and a more uniform approach within the administration.

The position is located within the Social Services' unit, Support and Development. We work cross-administration within three main areas: digitalization and welfare technology, economy and procurement, as well as staffing and competence supply. Here, you will work in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and a shared focus on the long-term needs of the operations. The position is new and complements the existing group, giving you good opportunities to influence the design of the role during the process.

Your main responsibilities

A central part of the work is to establish and develop a method room for internal training where theory and practice are integrated, especially within care interventions. You are responsible for developing training initiatives in various forms – digital, theoretical, and practical – and working systematically with needs analysis, planning, implementation, and follow-up, for example, through annual calendars and steering documents.

You coordinate cross-administration training, such as CPR and fire safety, and ensure uniform implementation. Furthermore, you are responsible for developing and managing the digital competence platform as well as work with competence ladders and internal competence development.

In this role, you drive the strategic work with competence supply by developing structures and training plans that meet both short- and long-term needs. You ensure that competence development aligns with legal requirements, national guidelines, and future changes.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with managers and operations, where you lead dialogues, drive working groups, and contribute to a uniform and needs-based approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience in change management, project management, or driving development projects.
  • Experience in working with education, coordination, or competence development.
  • Very good digital competence and familiarity with using digital tools.
  • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Merits

  • Post-secondary education in areas such as pedagogy, organizational development, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or similar as deemed relevant by the employer for the position.
  • Experience in developing and conducting training within the public sector.
  • Experience from care and social services operations.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms.
