We are now looking for an Implementation Manager within Packaging Automation – a key role where you take our solutions all the way from business opportunity to fully functioning production.

As an Implementation Manager, you step in when we are close to the business deal and take overall responsibility for the implementation of our automation and packaging solutions at the customer's site. You work in close collaboration with Account Managers, automation suppliers, and our PackRight Centre, ensuring that the solution is not only designed correctly but also functions optimally in practice.

You drive and lead the implementation phase from planning to commissioning and are the one who holds all parts of the project together. In this role, you are responsible for leading the work of implementing new machine solutions at the customer's site, including installation, testing, and startup of production. You collaborate closely with suppliers regarding solution design and functionality, while maintaining tight cooperation with our internal production and quality functions to ensure that our packaging solutions work seamlessly within the machine systems.

An important part of the role is to ensure that everything works in real-world operations. You are responsible for test production at the customer's site, handle any issues or deviations that arise, and serve as a central contact point between the customer, supplier, and internal teams regarding questions about operations, quality, or deliveries. By following the project all the way to a stable and functioning solution, you ensure both customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

You become an important representative in the contact with suppliers and contribute to developing our working methods and solutions in line with market and technology developments. The role also involves driving your own projects and ensuring structure, progress, and quality throughout the entire implementation process.

About You

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience and have worked in a customer-facing role, for example within project management, technical sales, or implementation, preferably within industry, production, or automation. You have a strong practical understanding and thrive in an operational role where you get to take responsibility, solve problems, and drive projects to completion. If you have knowledge of how corrugated board and packaging technology work, we consider this highly meritorious.

You are structured, self-initiative, and have an easy time collaborating with different types of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
