Horse Riding Instructor at Laxå Riding Club

Laxå Riding Club is now looking for a riding instructor who wants to become part of our community!

About Us

Laxå Riding Club is a non-profit association where community, horse welfare, and development are in focus. We offer riding for all levels – from beginners to more experienced riders.

About the Position

As a riding instructor with us, you are responsible for leading and developing our students through inspiring and secure lessons.

• Teaching approximately 2–4 days per week
• Every other Sunday is included
• Lessons on weekdays take place in the evening, Sundays during the day
• 45 minutes per lesson
• Students from 4 years old up to adults

Responsibilities

In addition to teaching, the role includes:

• Supervision of horses and equipment
• Feeding after lessons
• Planning of lessons and activities within the riding school's operations

We are looking for you who

• Have good riding skills and experience in horse handling
• Are pedagogical, secure, and engaged in interactions with students
• Preferably have education in riding (meritorious, but not a requirement)
• Have a B driver's license and access to a car
