About the role:

As a Junior Inside Sales Representative at SmartChain Logistics Nordics AB, you will be a central force in our proactive sales and growth initiative. It is all about providing the world's best service – from welcoming new customers and building long-term relationships to supporting our freight forwarders with quotes and daily customer contact.

We have a pipeline full of leads waiting to be engaged – and you will take the first step.

What will you do daily?

• Prospecting and contacting new corporate customers via phone and digital channels.
• Following up on leads, campaigns, projects, and incoming inquiries together with the team.
• Managing and nurturing customer relationships – sometimes independently, sometimes together with our team of logistics specialists in land, sea, and air freight.
• Creating interest in SmartChain's products, services, and smart, eco-friendly transport solutions.
• Working towards clear goals with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results.

Your customers are the Swedish business community: importers, exporters, wholesalers, brands, producers, traders, agents, and more.

You will be based at our office in Solna Business Park in Solna, where you will join a great team.

Who are you?

You are someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You have a natural sales presence and the ability to infect others with your enthusiasm. The phone is your best friend.

We believe you have:

• Experience in B2B sales and confidence in prospecting and making cold calls.
• Good computer skills – experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a clear plus.
• The ability to work independently and with a results-oriented mindset.
• At least a high school education and fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Preferred: Industry knowledge in transport, logistics, and supply chain (not required).
