Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that provides social therapeutic LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Functional Impairments) activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications

You need to have education in care and nursing, equivalent education, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to the extensive documentation and communication involved. Computer skills and a B-class driver's license are mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered meritorious.

The duties consist of supporting, motivating, and stimulating the residents' own ability to perform daily activities, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Written documentation is part of the job and must be completed daily.

Working hours: Scheduled hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duty with overnight stays.

Employment: Part-time, 80% – 90%.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
