Job Description

As a substitute within housing support/open care in Emmaboda Municipality, you are offered a varied job starting from supporting our users where they find themselves and based on their unique needs. Our work covers a broad target group where you may work with adults with mental illness and substance abuse, or with families with different types of support needs.

You will work in a work group with long experience, and there are various support functions within the group to help you get started in the job.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you need to have experience working with people with varying needs. You are flexible, structured, and unpretentious in your approach.

We work throughout the municipality, so to get to the people we support, you need to have a driver's license for a passenger car. If you have previous experience in any form of treatment work, this is an advantage.

You must have at least a high school diploma.
