Do you want to contribute to the development of sourcing at Tre? We are now looking for a Sourcing Specialist who wants to work close to the business, drive tenders, and simultaneously help develop how we work with purchasing moving forward.

About the role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will have a broad and business-close role where you work with sourcing across several business-related categories, such as marketing, logistics, facilities, and various types of service purchases. You will become an important part of strengthening our approach to sourcing, with a focus on working more structured, efficient, data-driven, and business-minded throughout the organization.

In this role, you are responsible for driving tenders from start to finish. This means you work with everything from needs analysis and requirement setting to negotiation, contracts, and follow-up. You collaborate closely with colleagues in areas such as Business Control, IT, and other parts of the business, where you both support and challenge regarding needs, priorities, and cost levels.

In addition to the operational work, you will also become part of the development of our sourcing function. This could involve improving working methods, creating clearer structure, or contributing to more data-driven decision-making. The role is therefore suitable for you who enjoy both delivering here and now and simultaneously helping to develop how we work moving forward.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or similar, and who thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility and drive your work independently. You are used to handling tenders and feel confident driving a process from start to finish, even when conditions change along the way.

You have experience working with service-intensive purchases and have a good understanding of business, costs, and supplier relationships. You are comfortable in dialogue with various stakeholders and have the ability to navigate the organization smoothly.

As a person, you are pragmatic and solution-oriented. You see what needs to be done, take responsibility, and drive the work forward. At the same time, you are unpretentious in your working style and enjoy collaborating with others. You dare to challenge when necessary, but do so in a way that builds trust and creates momentum.
