Your role

We are now looking for a driven site supervisor with the ambition to grow into a Site Manager position in Northern Bohuslän and surrounding areas, who wants to help develop the business further. You will lead production, be responsible for personnel, economics, and schedules, and act as the company's face towards customers and partners. You will report directly to the Business Area Manager and have great opportunities to influence both working methods and business strategies.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience leading civil engineering projects and have a solid background in earthworks and/or construction work. You are confident in handling project economics, schedules, and resources, and thrive in a role where you take significant personal responsibility.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and clear in your communication. You build trust with both employees and customers and are motivated by creating well-functioning teams and profitable projects. A valid B-driver's license is required.
