Do you want to create excellent customer experiences every day while contributing to our business? We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Service team.
At our company, Customer Service is a vital part of the whole. Here, we meet customers in decisive moments, guide them through complex issues, and actively contribute to developing our business. You will become part of a changing operation where we strengthen the personal meeting while developing our digital customer journeys.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key person in the customer interaction. You meet our customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with questions regarding electricity trading, electricity grid, fiber optics, heating, sewage, water, and recycling.
You work in an advisory and pedagogical manner, helping customers understand our services and make good choices. At the same time, you are part of our sales process in inbound contacts, where you naturally identify needs and present relevant offers.
We are facing a development where more cases are handled digitally, which means you will also contribute to how we can work smarter and more accessibly in the future.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a high school diploma, preferably within sales and service
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
- Has basic IT skills (Office)
It is an advantage if you
- Have experience in customer service and the energy market
- Master additional languages
Your personal qualities
- Have a genuine interest in service and customer relations
- Are calm, clear, and pedagogical in your communication
- Enjoy handling various types of cases and solving problems
- Have a business-minded approach and feel comfortable working with sales in dialogue with customers
- Are structured and methodical in your work approach
- Are eager to contribute ideas on how we can develop our work methods and digital channels
