Summer Substitute for Personal Assistance in Tollarp – Help a Teenager Live Life to the Fullest

Hello!

I am a teenager, almost 21 years old, living with my family in Tollarp. My challenges include autism, severe hearing loss, visual impairment (blindness), and diabetes. This means I have a great need for assistance from you. I am looking for someone who can always stand by my side and make me feel safe!

I love listening to stories and fantasizing together with you. My favorites are Thomas the Tank Engine, My Little Pony, Star Wars, and Minions. As a person, you must be able to read, understand, and speak Swedish fluently. I love it when we immerse ourselves in different story worlds together, where you sometimes step into different characters and let your imagination flow! You are welcome to create and invent your own stories – I listen and dream away as much as I can!

To work with me, you need to be calm and responsible, but also keep your inner child alive! We would like you to be a secure and stable person who is flexible and has a good ability to take initiative. The job requires great patience, curiosity, and a desire to constantly learn new things!

Conditions and hours:

We are currently looking for a summer substitute who can work between weeks 24–27 and 29–33, approx. 80%. Introduction will be planned together with you in the weeks prior. Shifts are scheduled during day and evening hours, nights, and weekends (active time at night). On some days during the week, we work with double staffing.
