We are building energy optimization services that help companies and power grids consume electricity smarter, contributing directly to a greener, more electrified world. We also have clients who want access to our expertise, which means you must be ready to take on consulting assignments when needed (and right now, they are needed). However, most roles require at least 5 years of experience, which is why this is a requirement for this position. We have been around for 1.5 years, we are 12 employees, and we need to grow.

Requirements – Experience

• ⚡ At least 5 years of experience in software development in a professional environment
• ⚡ Strong competence in .NET and C#
• ⚡ Experience with cloud development, preferably Microsoft Azure (Container Apps, Functions, IoT Hub, etc.)
• ⚡ Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and architecture design
• ⚡ You write code you can show off — and you know why it matters (clean architecture)
• ⚡ Systems thinking: you see the big picture, not just your own ticket
• ⚡ You need to understand Swedish (speaking English is fine, but we speak Swedish in daily life)

Preferred Qualifications

• + Interest in energy systems, power grids, and/or sustainability
• + Experience in cybersecurity
• + DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• + IoT or real-time systems
• + Actor model (e.g., Akka or Orleans)
• + Co-pilot, Claude, or similar AI tools
• + Azure certification
• + Experience with front-end technologies like React/Blazor is a plus
