Your Role

As an HR Specialist in Employment Law, you take overall responsibility for the company's collective bargaining negotiations and act as a strategic and operational support in complex cases. The role includes:

  • Educating, coaching, and equipping our leaders with employment law knowledge to give them confidence and the right tools in their leadership.
  • Initiating, driving, and participating in national development projects that contribute to raising the quality and efficiency of HR work.
  • Ensuring HR compliance through strategic risk assessments, clear communication, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Maintaining close contact and regular check-ins with our international departments in Germany.
  • Working close to the business and proactively supporting our regions, stores, and central warehouses through regular on-site visits.

You are part of an engaged team within employment law, occupational health and safety, and HR compliance, and you report to the Head of Employment Law & HR Compliance.

Your Profile

You have a natural problem-solving ability, thrive with many contact surfaces, and have the ability to explain complex issues in a pedagogical and business-relevant way.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An academic degree in HR, law, or equivalent, combined with several years of work experience in qualified HR work.
  • Specialized expertise in employment law, making you confident in both the theoretical and practical application of collective agreements and in leading collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Experience acting as a strategic advisor and support to managers and leaders at various levels in the organization.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We see it as a plus if you also have:

  • Experience within retail and practical understanding of retail collective agreements.
  • Knowledge of German.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B), as the role involves travel and visits to our various regions, stores, and central warehouses.

We Offer

For us, it is important that our employees thrive – in every way. Therefore, we offer work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Because we are growing, you can grow. Fast. Within your role, or towards another. In the same place, or somewhere else. In the store, warehouse, or office. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges.

You become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps out. Sometimes you find us at our state-of-the-art headquarters, where we have access to a gym and great discounted prices in the restaurant. But of course, we are also a flexible workplace with the possibility of hybrid work. You receive everything from wellness benefits, parental insurance top-ups, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, as well as numerous offers via our benefits portal. Of course, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan. We enable fair pay setting within the company through a non-discriminatory pay system.
