About the role
You are the hub around the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical orders are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you give each resident the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily work.
We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse. A course we can offer you is "Leading without being a manager".
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and disease state is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-implement routines, guidelines, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you get a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.
