We are a well-functioning health centre with permanent staff and various specialist clinics.

We are located in pleasant premises in central Strängnäs.

The practice has approximately 7,500 registered patients and includes a doctor's clinic and a nurse/district nurse clinic responsible for specialist clinics within Asthma/COPD, diabetes, and heart failure. The clinic also includes a mental health team and physiotherapy. We feel a great responsibility for the society we live in and want to contribute to a better, safer, and healthier life. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a district nurse with competence in diabetes and/or heart failure, who wants to contribute to a stable nurse clinic with good quality.

You want, like us, to work to give our patients the best through counseling, treatment, and health-promoting work.

You have a good approach, want to develop within the practice, and see opportunities.

You are flexible, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. The position includes telephone counseling (teleQ), chat, and clinic visits. The medical record system we work with is Cosmic.
