As their first Senior Data & System Developer, you will be a pioneer in a team building smart, modern solutions from the ground up, freeing the business from expensive license dependencies, and creating digital ecosystems that make a real difference for end users. Responsibilities

• Be the driving force in building our new development team.
• Build and structure our new analytics layer using tools like dbt and PostgreSQL/DuckDB.
• Develop internal micro-apps for integrations and niche business support.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) as a force multiplier to build, test, and deploy solutions at a high pace.
• Collaborate closely with data analysts to create a sustainable and future-proof architecture.
• Package and deploy code in container environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes).

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a versatile full-stack developer with a pragmatic and pedagogical approach. You have:

• At least 5 years of experience in system development, preferably in Python or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of data architecture and modern open source tools (experience with dbt is highly meritorious).
• Good knowledge of DevOps and container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• An AI-native mindset where you naturally integrate LLMs into your daily work for code generation and debugging.
• A drive to solve real problems and a willingness to contribute to societal benefit.
