Do you want to make a real difference? Nordisk Kompetens is growing and is now looking for an engaged career coach/recruiter to join our team in Northern Stockholm.

We work every day to help people move forward into employment and education, while simultaneously supporting companies and organizations with competence supply and recruitment.

About Nordisk Kompetens

Nordisk Kompetens is a growing provider within recruitment, career transition, and labor market services. We work, among other things, with the Swedish Public Employment Service's service "Rusta och Matcha" (Equip and Match) as well as transition assignments for several of Sweden's largest security organizations.

Nordisk Kompetens is triple-certified via Almega within transition, recruitment, and staffing. We work with modern testing and analysis tools such as MAP, MAP-X, Matrigma, Match-V, AON, JTI, and Ascend.

About the Role

In the role of career coach and recruiter, you will support job seekers in their journey towards employment or studies, while simultaneously building relationships with employers and actively working with recruitment and matching.

Among other things, you will:

• Coach and guide participants towards employment or studies
• Match candidates with employers and open positions
• Build and develop corporate contacts
• Work with recruitment processes
• Hold individual meetings and create action plans
• Document and administer in various systems

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in job coaching, recruitment, or labor market initiatives
• Is communicative and relationship-building
• Has good computer and IT skills
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and self-initiating
• Thrives in working towards goals and creating results
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (meritorious)

It is meritorious if you have experience with the "Rusta och Matcha" service or similar labor market assignments.
