What does the job involve?

We are now looking for temporary case officers at the Guardianship Authority in Solna Municipality, who will have an important role within the municipality's operations. You will work with issues where you are responsible for examining and processing cases concerning guardianship and trusteeship.

As a case officer, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Exercising supervision over representatives according to the Parental Code.
• Examining annual accounts, reports, and other documents.
• Providing support and guidance to guardians and trustees.
• Processing cases and making decisions according to delegation.
• Performing administrative tasks such as registration and handling of personal files.
• Participating in development work and contributing to improved routines.

The work involves both independent assessments and close collaboration with colleagues, authorities, and the public.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant higher education, preferably in economics or law, or alternatively experience of working within guardianship activities.
• Good ability to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing in Swedish.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience from guardianship activities.

As a person, you are self-reliant and stable, you have good cooperation skills and a strong desire to help others. You have a natural sense for structure and thrive in an environment where accuracy and rule awareness are central. You easily adapt to routines and practice, and apply these in a responsible manner in your work.

The position is a fixed-term employment until August 15, 2027, with access according to agreement.
