In the role of nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you work to provide excellent care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. In the role of nursing assistant, you provide care and support based on the resident's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, respond to alarms, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is a key part of our work, ensuring all our residents can live life to the fullest, for life. This can range from chatting, playing games, going on outings, taking bike rides, or finding fun activities to do together. You also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and exercise training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for part-time positions in a permanent position with a probation period with an employment level of 75%, starting as agreed.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while being skilled at building good relationships and being service-oriented. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
