The Cultural School caters to students in primary and upper secondary school ages. Approximately 550 students attend us every week. All students have the opportunity to participate in an ensemble or orchestra.

We follow the primary school's academic year schedule, and we offer teaching during school hours as well as in the afternoons/evenings.

Job Responsibilities

Your role as a teacher will be to instruct students at the Cultural School as well as students who have chosen the dance profile at Tingsholms Upper Secondary School in dance.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have dance or musical training as well as a pedagogical background. We view previous experience in teaching dance positively.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for the position as teaching takes place both at the Cultural School's premises and at the primary school's premises outside the town center.

As a person, you have a good ability to build relationships, both with students and with other staff. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Terms

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer.

A certificate of good conduct (register extract) is required upon offer of employment according to the Swedish School Act (2010:800, Chapter 2, Sections 31-33).
