Renta has recently established itself in Kiruna, and we are now looking for an engaged Outside Sales Representative who wants to build relationships, find business opportunities, and further develop Renta.

The Role of Outside Sales Representative:

In the role of Outside Sales Representative at Renta, you are responsible for finding new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers. You will work with both new and existing customers, creating machinery rental solutions for everyone from small construction companies to large national builders. Your tasks include customer visits, writing quotes, negotiations, working with prospect lists, and following up on sales targets together with your team. You will be an important part of the local team in Kiruna while contributing to Renta as a whole.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a social and engaged team player who thrives in all types of social settings with daily customer contact and sales.
• Has a good ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Has a B-driver's license and is comfortable using the Office suite.
• Has good local knowledge of Kiruna.
• Has strong drive, is goal-oriented, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

Meritorious:

• Experience in sales within the construction, machinery, or civil engineering industries – or another relevant industry.
• Strong local anchoring and experience working with both local and national customers.
• Worked on identifying new business opportunities and developing prospects.
• Previous work with machinery rental and knowledge of the construction and civil engineering equipment market.

Duration and Salary:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Start date is as soon as possible. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of a bonus, as well as access to a company car.
