About the RoleDo you want to help develop financial processes in a socially vital operation? Here you step into a role where an existing system support for financial accounting, payments, planning, budgeting, and follow-up is to be replaced. This creates a good opportunity to review the current situation and lay the foundation for more efficient processes, clearer working methods, and increased automation in the future.
You will become an important part of a project group that analyzes requirements for the procurement and implementation of a new financial system. This role suits you if you thrive close to the operations, can create structure in complex processes, and want to contribute to solutions that strengthen both efficiency and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities- You drive business analyses to create a clear understanding of the business's needs and goals.
- You map, lead, and document current processes and workflows.
- You identify areas for improvement and propose actions that can increase efficiency and quality.
- You coordinate the work with needs analysis together with relevant parts of the business.
- You prepare materials and contribute to the requirement specification prior to the procurement of a new financial system.
- You participate in the implementation of new working methods, methods, and system support.
- Experience in leading, mapping, and documenting processes and workflows over the last 3 years.
- Experience in leading and coordinating the work of analyzing needs.
- Experience in change management.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
- Experience in business development within finance.
- Experience and knowledge of public sector finance and financial processes.
- Experience in procurement and requirement specification.
- Experience in change work.
- Permanent employment at Avaron AB.
- Occupational pension.
