You play a key role in developing, ensuring quality, and coordinating processes within payroll, HR, and the implementation of a new HR system.
We have outsourced payroll preparation, which means you are responsible for reviewing payroll data for payroll runs, acting as a control function, and setting requirements for the external payroll partner. Furthermore, you work with steering, quality assurance, analysis, and development. You function as an internal specialist and collaborate closely with finance, HR, managers, leadership, and external suppliers.
The role suits you if you enjoy combining structure and analysis with development and improvement work. You contribute with a holistic perspective and play an important role in creating efficient, sustainable, and quality-assured processes.
You belong to the Finance Department within Shared Services and report to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities- Payrolls and payroll data
- Benefits and occupational pensions
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements, employment law legislation, and the Pay Transparency Directive
- Responsible for and coordinate pay reviews and pay mapping
- Produce analyses, statistics, and reports related to personnel
- Train, support, and collaborate with managers regarding pay setting
- Drive improvement and development within HR and payroll processes
- Be an active participant in the implementation of a new HR system
- Post-secondary education in HR, finance, or payroll
- Good experience in qualified work within payroll and HR
- Experience with collective agreements (preferably General Terms)
- Experience with HR and payroll systems as well as system administration
- Good understanding of how digital working methods and systems can contribute to business development
We believe you are a person who works in a structured and quality-conscious manner, with a good ability to see connections, analyze information, and turn insights into practical improvements. To succeed in the role, you need to have a development-oriented approach driven by the desire to streamline and further develop processes and systems. The role also requires you to be communicative, pedagogical, and have a good understanding of regulations within the personnel area, collective agreements, and the importance of quality assurance in the work.
