Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join a leading company in the automotive industry. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and customers, focusing on delivering high-quality service and ensuring smooth handling of incoming inquiries.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and following up on customer cases via phone and email, as well as supporting the business with administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and customer processes. You will have daily contact with customers and partners, which requires a professional attitude and strong communication skills.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Administering and following up on leasing agreements and associated documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate registration and updating of information in internal systems.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and partners.

The position is initially a consulting assignment with an immediate start.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where administration and customer service go hand in hand. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have a solution-oriented approach to work. You are motivated by providing professional service and creating positive customer experiences.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in customer support, customer service, or administrative work.
  • Good computer literacy and experience with administrative tasks.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage.
