About the role

As an Interested Party Representative at Optio AB, you work with assignments as a guardian (god man) or administrator (förvaltare). The role involves helping principals with issues regarding finances, contact with authorities, rights, and daily decisions, depending on the scope of the assignment.

You work independently and structurally with responsibility for your assignments, but you are never alone. You have support from colleagues, internal routines, and digital systems that help you keep order, follow up, and document the work.

The role includes among other things:

• managing principals' finances, bills, and budgets
• contacting authorities, healthcare, housing providers, banks, and other actors
• protecting the principals' rights and applying for support or interventions when needed
• documenting and following up on the work continuously
• preparing reports and materials for the Public Guardian (Överförmyndaren)
• working professionally with boundary setting, structure, and communication

The work requires that you can combine human interaction with clarity, order, and good judgment.

Meritorious experience

It is meritorious if you have experience in any of the following:

• work as a guardian, administrator, or within public guardianship
• economics, law, social work, or care
• contact with authorities and collaboration with various societal actors
• administrative work with high demands on documentation and structure
• work with people in vulnerable or complex life situations
• digital systems and modern working methods

Education in law, economics, behavioral science, social work, or a similar field is also meritorious, but personal suitability and the right working approach weigh heavily.
