We are currently looking for summer temporary staff for our store Coop Eksjö. We want you to have good initiative and positive energy that is contagious. You should be able to identify customer needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, eager to offer suggestions and ideas, and work well in a team. You have an eye for detail and are committed to creating a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store environment. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will be responsible for common retail duties such as customer service, cash register work, and picking items. Customers should always be greeted by a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-tier service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You have a knack for building long-term customer relationships and inspiring customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is our top priority.

The positions are part-time summer temporary contracts during weeks 29–33. Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include days, evenings, and weekends.

• You must be at least 18 years old, as you need to be able to work independently at the cash register.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
