About the role

We are looking for you who want to take responsibility for developing and structuring our maintenance and production technical work. The role offers great opportunities to influence working methods, structure, and future development.

You will work closely with our Production Manager and Team Leader, taking on a central role in ensuring operational reliability, improvement work, and technical support in production. The role is broad and varied; one day you might work on troubleshooting and repairs in production, and the next day you participate in product development, CAD drawing, or commissioning of new products and machines.

You will become an important part of daily operations and are expected to contribute both operationally and strategically.

Examples of tasks:

• Continuously develop preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production
• Plan and follow up on maintenance work together with the Production Manager
• Participate in product development and testing
• Work with CAD drawings and design
• Lead the commissioning of new products and machines
• Perform repairs and technical maintenance
• Provide practical support to production as needed
• Participate in daily production meetings and improvement work

You report to the Production Manager and work closely with operations in your daily work.

The position is permanent and located in Sunne.

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial mechanics, production technology, maintenance, or a similar technical role
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in production
• Experience with CAD and design
• Understanding of machines, maintenance, and production
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good teamwork skills
• Technical interest and drive for improvement
